(Earlier in release MS Office of 2003 year Access went in one package with Word, Exel and so on. In releases 2007 and 2010 it is present at the most expensive version "MS Office professional" and is absent in versions MS Office: "for the house and study"; "for the house and business".) Advantage of such databases is that they are small on the size since all program libraries are established in Access. At the file of a database there are only data sheets of the user and a program inner pattern.
Programming language: Visual Basic for Aplication (VBA), in the environment of Microsoft Access, from package Microsoft Office 2000. Are compatible to later releases Microsoft Office.
Interface language: Russian, English, German, French, Spanish.

For programs "Contacts" and "Universal каталогизатор" are characteristic:

Programs are Microsoft applications Office (more precisely databases MS Access) - export of the data in Exel, Word is possible.
Programs are optimised under the permission of the screen 1024*768, but change of the sizes is possible.

Simultaneous display of the treelike table in two forms: to the form of the review of branchings and data entry form.
Always it is possible to add a position in the table and to move it on any level of branching, without changing sequence of lines in the table.

All records are loaded into the table of the review of branchings. Time of disclosing of the evident form of the review of branchings (with element ActivX TreeView Control) does not depend on volume of the text information in the table and does not increase in a geometrical progression at increase in volume of the table. One of the fastest algorithms of loading of element TreeView Control is formalized.

"Contacts" structurally differ from "Katalogizator" quantity of tables and forms. In "Contacts" only three basic data sheets and two binding, but it is a lot of forms. In "Katalogizatore", on the contrary, seven pairs the basic data sheets and about hundred binding. "Contacts" can be surveyed at once from three parties. In "Katalogizatore" simultaneously it is possible to see only two catalogues through two forms, plus two forms of communications with other catalogues.
